The Active New Communities project, focuses on helping individuals to stay active while relocating to a new, community in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. ,Moving house is exciting but can be a big life change. It takes time and effort to get settled into, your new home or community and this can impact on your normal routines, including when you exercise.

We also want to learn if you have, any skills or would like to gain skills to help others be active in your new, community.
